| a long time ago, in the year 2002... there was a girl who was in college, and she wrote to free herself. gravity was her thoughts, the oxygen she breathed was imagination, and her body was wrapped in protective fibers made of long letters and sentences woven together. the sky was filled with clouds that floated along, sometimes raining down warm, affectionate emotions. she skipped along the road Uncertainty, knowing that the darkness ahead held promises of Something Better Though Unknown (she held a very bright flashlight). Now it is 2009. The girl is grown and wary, eyeing the road with suspicion, as she lay down and closed her eyes, dreaming of past dreams.

| the weather is freaky! i'm not sure what to wear anymore. i miss the normal days of non-global warmingness... when i was like, 5. i wore shorts all day in may! i forget my age all the time. will i be like this until i'm 99? i'll never feel my age! NEVER!! working a lot makes me eat unhealthily. sure i could go to the grocery, spend an hour or two buying healthy food, wake up an hour early and make myself lunch... but why?? when i could spend those hours sleeping or watching t.v. like a drooling blob on my couch? everybody loves raymond! genmacha shot anyone? | | |
| this american life podcasts are a staple in my ipod. sometimes i listen to the stories and hear my own heart beating faster, while other times i'll laugh at human folly, and the sheer... humanness of... humans =). it's amazing, this world. the intensity of emotion and experience can overwhelm me. the thoughts that constantly stream in our heads, reverberating and then coming together as a story to be heard on the other side of the globe by me, walking to work with my headphones in my ears. so... guantanamo bay. is it worth it? anyone? anyone? | | |
| this entry is dedicated to the behb, who actually reads my xanga =) i am currently listening to ice cream music, i eat coffee ice cream drinks for breakfast, eat ice cream for lunch, and pretty much smell like waffle cones and ice cream all day. i also see alex every day. so! alex and ice cream! can life be sweeter? =) by the way, i just watched happy feet. it was dumb. i feel my brain shrinking. | | |
